The 500,000 square foot building, at 33-00 Northern Boulevard, hit the market earlier this month and has already garnered interest from 100 potential buyers, according to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. Thu, 17 May 2012 Brookfield Office Properties has leased a combined total of 272,000 square feet in downtown Houston to two high-profile energy companies. Rosetta Resources Operating has leased 108,565 square feet at Heritage Plaza, which is located at 1111 Bagby Street and has a total of 1.2M square feet of office space. The second deal is with Chevron U.S.A., which has expanded its lease by 163,950 square feet at 1600 Smith Street. Thu, 17 May 2012 A Mountain View office complex has been bought for $90M and will be renovated to meet rising demand for office space by technology companies hungry to expand. Potentially 2,000 jobs could be created at the site, based on the existing 500,000 square feet of offices on the property. Thu, 17 May 2012 Cole Real Estate Investments has acquired Eastland Center, an 805,000 square foot retail power center in West Covina, CA, for $147M from the Westfield Group. Eastland Center was originally built in 1957 and has been redeveloped twice, in both 1979 and 1997. Prominent tenants at the center include: Target, Burlington Coat Factory and Albertson's.
